We operate our multi-tenant private cloud as a managed service in highly available colocation facilities in Frankfurt. The platform is standardized and scalable – with clear operational processes, end-to-end security, integrated monitoring, and binding SLAs.
This allows us to combine TIER 3+ data center standards with a cost-effective operating model – providing a stable foundation for private cloud workloads, hybrid integrations, and business-critical services.

High availability by design – redundancy, clustering, and failover – as well as technology redundancy to mitigate vendor risks. Provisioning via templates and a service catalog: fast, consistent, and transparent.
Network & Hybrid Connectivity
Highly redundant on-premises and cloud connections – VPN, MPLS, or SD-WAN, optionally with express connectivity. Segmentation down to micro-segmentation, modern firewalls, and clearly defined handover points. Documented routing and IP management ensures transparency and clear responsibilities. Optional: load and traffic concepts for web and API.
Security, Compliance & Resilience
Operation in a Tier 3+ environment with physical security. Security by design: hardening, RBAC, logging, and auditability. Backup and restore with tiered options, optional disaster recovery with defined RPO and RTO values, and runbooks. Regular audits and thorough documentation for compliance.
Managed Services & Service Management
24/7 monitoring, incident and problem management including escalation channels. Change, release, patch, and lifecycle management according to agreed-upon scope.
